You must increase and maintain consumer and employee confidence 100%!
Not just to “BE SAFE”, but rather, consumers want to “SEE SAFE”.

OPERATIONAL CONCERNS - A sampling of things to consider:

  • Create a new menu for limited service or the re-opening period. Open slow and steady.

  • If your menu will changed frequently, it should be placed on website the day before.

  • If you are permitting walk-in or walk-up ordering, prepare a menu board, black board or other touch-less options.

  • Create a realistic re-opening date and realistic hours of operation.

  • Prepare social media blasts announcing your reopening.

  • Reinforce 'safe' messaging for staff and customers.

CLEANING & SANITIZING - Contact us for more solutions:

  • If you have been closed and are re-opening, you can assume you have an infestation.

  • All areas to be used for storage, refrigeration, cooking, preparation and packaging must be sanitized.

  • Reinforce to all - increased frequency of hand washing - and avoid touching face with hands.

ON LINE ORDERING / PAYMENT - Call for more information:

  • All ordering should be done through your website and all orders to be pre-paid.

  • Avoid cash sales if possible and as a matter of policy during this period.
