During the past 35 years, New Jersey native Keith Mahoney has held top chef and management positions at a dozen top-echelon restaurants in Chicago, Nantucket, Long Island, New Orleans, Colorado and Florida.
Through his direct involvement, many of these restaurants have achieved successful launches, gone from imminent closure to profitability in record time, and earned critical acclaim. Mahoney’s achievements include Four-Star ratings from the Mobile Travel Guide, the Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence (held for 13 years) and AAA’s Four-Diamond rating.
